2.2 When visitors submit the contact form on the Website, we collect data shown in the contact form:

  11. Pre-money valuation
  12. Any file shared

3. USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

  1. The User Information listed in Section 2.1 (i) to (xii) is necessary for Zebra Impact Ventures’s to contact back the Users who submitted the contact form in order to best treat their demand. By submitting the contact form, the Users agree to share this information and accept the collection of these data. 
  2. In the case the Users do not agree with this Privacy Policy, the Users shall not submit the contact form. 

4. THIRD.PARTY WEBSITES

The Website may contain links to other websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of any company or individual that Zebra Impact Ventures does not control, nor to any websites that may be linked from the Website. Users should carefully review the privacy policies of any websites that Users visit from the Website to learn more about their information and privacy practices. The collection and use of User Information or any other personal information shall be governed by such other party or website’s privacy policy. Zebra Impact Ventures cannot be held responsible for their privacy practices.

  1. Zebra Impact Ventures also uses “cookies” to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that Zebra Impact Ventures transfers to an electronic device and is stored on the User’s electronic device. When Users access and use the Service, e.g. the Website, the cookie identifies the User’s electronic device. Zebra Impact Ventures also uses cookies to measure the traffic to and usage of the Services and their different features, and other miscellaneous uses. 
  2. If Users do not wish to have cookies placed on their electronic device, Users should set their browser or electronic device to refuse cookies before using the Services, with the drawback that certain features of the Services may not function properly without the help of cookies.

7. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

We do not share your data with any external service providers. Your data are exclusively collected and stored in the database of the website and shared via email once the contact form has been submitted. Data are stored in Europe. 

8. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

If you submit the contact form, the User’s Information is retained for 60 days in the database. This is so we have enough time to treat your demand. 60 days after your contact form submission, data collected in the database are deleted. The User’s Information remains retained via email for an unlimited period of time.  

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

  1. This Privacy Policy and all matters arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be governed by Swiss law at the exclusion of any provisions of conflict of law rules that might lead to the application of other than Swiss law.
  2. Users irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland, for any conflict arising from or in connection with this Privacy Policy.
